Black bean fudge


not too sure where this recipe came from, but I have changed a few ingredients to make it easy and cheaper.

this is so easy these are all the ingredients you need… if you don’t have a dairy problem feel free to use any kind of butter you wish.

first thing to do is rinse your can of beans…. you can use non canned but i just find this easier.

PLEASE rinse them well, rinsing your beans will help for you to not get gas from this fudge!!!!!

ok next put all your ingredients into the food processor… yes you need a food processor for this a blender wont do it.

so you need 1 can of beans

1/4 cup plus 2 TBS of butter

3/4 cup of cocoa

2 tsp of vanilla

1-4 tbsp of honey

(option of adding chopped up chocolate)

blend untill smooth

then place plastic wrap or wax paper (works better) over a dish

then pour batter into dish and cover with more plastic wrap and press down

now place in fridge or freezer to chill and set, then take out un wrap cut and eat!!!

My husband was so shocked by this recipe! you’ll never know it is beans! …

the question will kids eat it????…

YES!!! my daughter loves these so much!!!

    This is good! I was shocked when you gave me a piece. Grandma made it straight away as well. Super good for a diabetic!

    Lilly could easily eat a whole batch in one sitting… and I wouldnt feel bad about it
