Same old roast? try something new!

in a bowl, place your roast and pour over a generous amount of balsamic vinegar and let sit for a few minutes. then place in roasting pan and smother in mustard then cover in herb of your choice (i used dried rosemary) fresh is best. (for more balsamic flavour and dark colour pur left over balsamic from the bowl on the roast)

place in a 425 degree oven for 15 to brown reduce to 350 till cooked. (20 min pound). roast may be dark, black in color(not burnt) especially if using fresh herbs 🙂 enjoy!!!!
