Sweet Potato Chips !!!!


This recipe I actually found in my pregnancy book a few years ago in the “healthy eating” section. I really like it and so do the kids. It is so simple, and I love simple! 🙂

2 sweet potato

olive oil

salt pepper

(parmesan cheese)

Cut your sweet potato into 1/4 inch slices, place on a sheet and drizzle with a good amount of olive oil (olive oil and sweet potatoes go well together) and season with salt and pepper.

bake for 10 minutes (or until browned) then flip and bake another 10 (add a small amount of parmesan to each chip if you’d like a little more crunch).

These are perfect for little baby hands to hold!
