chocolate chip cookies….. yes please!


Everyone loves a good chocolate chip cookie!!! this is a recipe someone who isnt used to gluten free cooking could easily make!

1 1/2 cups rice flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup of white sugar

1/2 cups brown sugar

vanilla

2 eggs

1 cup of chocolate chip

In a bowl whisk your flour, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl cream sugar and butter, add eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients then add chocolate chips.

Place in the fridge for one hour (or overnight), the longer the less grainy the dough will be (especially if you choose to use brown rice flour, which is what I like to use to make them have a little more fiber).

then roll into balls and bake in a 350 degree oven.
