Meat balls with a Zing!


Meatballs arn’t rocket science.. but here is a great gluten free recipe that everyone will love!

1 lb ground meat (I used beef)

1/4 chopped/minced purple onion (if you dont like chunks of onion mince it)

5 clove chopped garlic

1 egg

1/4-1/2 cup of rice flour

1 tsp dried thyme or 1 tbsp of fresh

salt and pepper to taste

1-2 tbsp of Dijon mustard (depends how much of a kick you want)

mix all in a bowl and form into balls. bake 425 degree oven for 15 minutes then turn down to 350 and bake until cooked.
