My twist on a classic sandwich


I do my best to eat well and get my 5-10 serving of veggies in were I can. I love tuna melts so much but they are usually lacking in the veggie department.

I made this sandwich the same as usual but I added grated carrot, chives, chopped pepper and chopped spinach. then top with goat mozza and bake until cheese is melted. If you have it a slice of tomato on top would be very good as well.
