gluten free and good for you!


This is the first time I have ever used spaghetti squash or even eaten it.

This is a great option, it is cheap to buy and easy to find. Also its very waist friendly 🙂 and supplies another serving of veggies!

This is a spaghetti squash:

Cut the squash in half ( cut around the squash for long strands)

Lay flat in a baking dish and fill 1/4 inch with water. Bake at 250 for 30 min.

cool then pull strands apart with a fork

Top with your favorite sauce!
