Oatmeal fruit bars


Just a note that these are super sweet, you can choose to add 2/3 cup of brown sugar but if you don’t want it to sweet you can omit it or add 1/4 cup of honey.

1 cup of rice flour

1 cup GF oats

1/4 tsp sugar

1/4 tsp xanthan gum

1/2 cup butter

just enough jam to hold it together

combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add butter and cut into the flour mixture. Add jam.

place in baking dish and press down.

bake at 350 for 30 min

cool

cut into bars and enjoy 🙂
