salmon-halibut pasta


Now this is a real treat for us! Fish is usually too expensive for us, but it went on sale so we got to have a treat!

This is a nice change from traditional way to eat fish.

serves about 6

6 oz of salmon

6 oz of halibut

5 green beans cut

about 2 cups cut broccoli

1 tomato cut up

1-2 peppers sliced

2 cups spinach

olive oil

parmesan

salt pepper

basil

3/4 pkg brown rice spaghetti cooked

Bake salmon and halibut in the oven till cooked.

fry the veggies (except tomatoes and spinach). add tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper and spinach.

Turn off the heat and add cooked spaghetti and olive oil, toss.

Serve with cheese if you want but just as good without
